- Traffic is bad again. I'm going to be late to work.
- Thanks for taking me to school, Dad!

- You're an hour late. We started without you.
- Hi Dan.
- I wish that Katie could drive herself, then she would be safe and home when she wants to be.
- I hate to have to leave my team early- I know they'll be staying late to finish this project.
- Dan is a single parent to his daughter Katie. She attends a private school located far away from their house, and Dan is very protective, so he drives her everywhere himself in his autonomous car.

- Routine Maintenance Needed. Will Transport To Service Center Tonight.
- Dan is the CEO of a multi-national company, and enjoys leading his team in finishing important projects. He is frequently late for work and needing to leave early to drive his daughter to and from school. His coworkers are growing irritated, and he feels badly that he is not helping them as much as he should be.
- Dan tries to work on his way home, but he knows that he is much more productive in the office with his coworkers. He loves his daughter, and he knows that getting home early after school is important to her, but wishes her transportation was not such a burden on him.

- Dan took my money, so I'll take something from him until he gives it to me.
- Dan sees on social media that a friend bought her child an autonomous car even though they are not of driving age and do not know how to drive. He decides to do the same for Katie so that she can be in charge of her own transportation.

- This isn't the way to school. Why won't the doors unlock?
- Katie loves her new car, and Dan likes that it periodically takes itself in for maintenance, so he is not bothered with its upkeep.
- Katie should have been home hours ago.
- A man wronged by Dan's company decides to kidnap Katie until Dan repays him. He is able to find out where Katie's car maintains itself, and hacks the car's software so that it will take Dan's daughter to a specific location and keep her there.
- I'm so glad that you're home, Katie.
- The next time that Katie tries to go to school, the car changes her destination and takes her out of the city and stops at a remote location. The car locks and turns off, and she is unable to get out or contact Dan.
- Dan receives a message from his daughters kidnapper, and feels he has no choice but to send the money to save Katie.
- Need my $$ if you want your daughter back.

- Katie is returned home safe, but they are both frightened by the experience. The only available cars on the market are autonomous, so Dan keeps his original vehicle, but sells Katie's at a loss.
