- My uncle died
- My First time in Nicuragua

- My uncle got a restaurant
- When I was little I did not understand what dying meant so when I saw my uncle in a hospital bed I thought that he was sick and he would come home, but when I attended his funeral I found out he was dead.
- My mom got covid
- This was my first time going out side the country and seeing where my parents are really from. When we first arrived we went to juigalpa to see my dads side of the family and got to experience festivals that showed me what my culture is really like.
- My first time in middle school
- When my uncle got his restaurant he started out big he was even on the news and got new customers every day thanks to the news. His restaurant was also a hotel with good service.One time he even let me cook for his restaurant and every one there liked my food. My uncle brought out the passion that I have for cooking to this day.
- When my mom got covid it was scary. I thought she would pass away and I would never see her again. My mom got covid when it was my birth day. I also did not get to see her for almost 1 month and it was sad not seeing her for my birth day.
- Hi mom how are you today
- When I first got to middle school I was scared and nervous because I knew no one and did not know the school and my classes but now I am starting to get more comfortable speaking in class and to new people. I even knew one of the teacher's . Every one seems to be nice to me but im only starting school and not ending but I wonder what next year will be like.
