- Conflict resolution is really important for "conflict", how the word says it, this help us to us to get to an end of a conflict in a better and organized way, without having to offend another person, and how it is shown, Mario and miguel were arguing about their fight, but then they realised that both point of view were incorrect, and concluded that no one had the fault, this lead to a organized conclusion of the conflict.Without Conflict resolution applied to this types of problems, things could get out of control, and someone could get hurt physically or mentally because of the lack of discussion.
