- Syrian is a international graduate student and just after he landed he gets fever. He doesn't seem to understand the medical infrastructure of the USA. He is confused on the process he need to follow and the insurance he is suppose to reach to.
- He is calling several helplines and trying to understand about appointment booking and how the insurance claims work. it gets overwhelming to him and he is unable to catch the procedure followed here.
- When he explains his problem to a friend named disha who came to see his well-being , she then shows him a website that can lighter his head with having solution to all the queries he is having,
