- Hey guys, have you heard the recent news reports regarding the escalation of wildfires? The one I can still clearly recall is the Australian forest fire that happened a few years ago, which is in 2019. On TV, I watched the teams of rescuers working to help the locals and wild animals escape from the burning area.
- Yes, I did come across this article online that claims climate change is a major environmental issue that requires immediate attention. According to the Earth Justice website, animal extinction, rising sea levels and temperatures, along with more extreme weather such as catastrophic wildfires, lethal heatwaves and droughts, torrential rains and flooding, and strong winter storms, are all the effects of climate change.
- Moreover, the current high increase in temperature that we are experiencing could result in heat-related illnesses such as heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
