- My Name is Edward Jenner I was born in Berkeley, Gloucestershire on 17th May 1749. In 1796 I was determined to find a cure for smallpox (viral disease with puss spots), I found out that milkmaids have cowpox and they were immune to smallpox??
- Why is this Man always watching me, does he like bird watching or something.
- How come I dont get smallpox. Everyone else has it but i dont, well I guess I am a VIP.
- Morning James Phipp, My name is Dr Jenner and I am here to give you cowpox to carry out a experiment to cure smallpox, I have found out that milkmaids are immune to smallpox because they have cowpox, but I need you to see if my theory is true.
- I will now put some cowpox puss on one of your scars, so that you get infected.

- OH No not another test I thought it was over.
- I have finally recovered from cowpox... few I thought i was going to die.
- Great, you have recovered!! Now all i have to do is infect you with smallpox and hope that my theory is right.
- DOCTOR, DOCTOR!!! I am immune to smallpox, ever since you had infected me my body has rejected the disease and i have stayed healthy and fit.
- HALLELUJAH!!!! MY EXPERIMENT HAD WORKED!!!
- The end of the Vaccine.
- Yes, now I can make a vaccine (latin word 'vacca' means cow) for all the people who are suffering from smallpox and the people who may get small pox, however the Royal society have told me that this is not enough evedince so I will now peform the vaccine on my 11 month child.
