- Mrs. Jones was walking at 11pm at night through the streets of Harlem. Roger ran up behind her and tried to snatch her pocketbook.
- I'm sure she has valuable things in her pocketbook.
- Roger failed to take Mrs Jones' purse and got caught.
- I didn't aim to.
- Why did you do want to do it for?
- Mrs Jones decides to take Roger to her house.
- “It was about eleven o’clock at night, and she was walking alone, when a boy ran up behind and tried to snatch her purse.”
- Mrs Jones and Roger both introduced each other.

- The boy fell on his back on thesidewalk, and his legs flew up. The large womansimply turned around and kicked him rightsquare in his blue-jeaned sitter.
