- Hello I am Radisson and here is my Brother in law. Native people showed us where to get the best furs so now we will take them to the french government ad get rich!
- Hello King Louis XIV! We have brought to you lots of beaver furs so you can make money!
- Although those are nice, you are unlicensed! You will now go to jail.
- Hello, british government. We are in possession in the best furs in north america. We have been rejected from the french so we are here to ask if we could create a company that will sell these furs. It will be called the Hudson Bay Company.
- Years Later - the HBC had many very successful years until...
- When the French and the British got into a war, and the British won, they controlled the French colonies. But the french people did not like this.
- We will never be British! We are French! We should make a rival fur trading company to Rival with the HBC. We will call it the Northwest company!

- Eventually the beaver furs weren't as popular. So the HBC switched materials to fabric and silk. They are still a running company today in Canada.
- Hello, I am a representative from the HBC. We are interested in buying your company the NWC.
