Heart, let's forget him tonight. You may be able to forget the love from him. I will forget the memories. When you're done tell me. Then I might be able to begin. Quickly, you're being slow. I remember him.

POV is first person, allowing you to connect to the story. Heart is personified by the use of "you".
Title
Okay Heart, we are going to figure out how to forget this man!
Sorrowful and nostalgic---sort of longing for the love, while trying to forget. Annoyance---mind annoyed that the heart won't let go.
Theme
It's not as easy for me to forget as it is for you.
First stanza is like the "game plan" of how to forget him. Second stanza, is where it's clear that it isn't going well. The annoyance comes out.
HEART! YOU STILL HAVEN'T FORGOTTEN HIM!
The title is what the poem is about---the mind is addressing the heart so that it can forget the man.
It can be hard to let go of love you had for someone. You can erase the memories out of your mind, but you can't make your heart stop.
