Storyboard Text
- Romeo says that he has to go because it's morning and the lark is singing. Juliet says that he should stay and it's the nightingale that's singing which means that it is still night. Romeo convinces Juliet that he has to go.
- Juliet tells Romeo to leave quickly and says how the lark divides them. The nurse comes inside to tell Juliet that her mother is coming and then she leaves.
- Romeo gives Juliet a kiss and then goes down the ladder. Juliet tells him that he looks like someone dead in the bottom of a tomb and thinks that maybe her eyesight is failing or he looks pale. Romeo says that all this sadness took our colours away and then he leaves.
- Lady Capulet comes and informs Juliet that she is going to marry Paris on Thursday. Juliet tells her mother that she is not going to marry yet and if she does then it would be Romeo who she "hates".
- Lord Capulet comes in and becomes furious after knowing Juliet's response. He says a few rude things to her and then threatens her by saying that if she doesn't marry Paris then she will be disowned. The nurse tries to say that they are berating Juliet. Then her parents left her to decide what she will do.
- The nurse says that Paris is better than Romeo and forget about Romeo. She also says that Romeo doesn't live here anymore and if he has to come then he would have to sneak back undercover. Juliet doesn't trust the nurse anymore and says that she is going to Friar Lawrence's cell to confess and be forgiven.
