- Was good my name is Jared and I am going to say some stuff about the ten amendments
- This man is going to buy a gun and in the second amendment you have the rights to own and buy one
- This dude is complaining and giving a speech about guns and how wants them banned as in the first amendment you have the rights for freedom of speech
- The 3rd amendment says that no army person can stay at your home and the govrnment wont force as well
- The 4th amendment protecs you from the gov taking papers property, and etc
- 5th amendment says that you can not be charged for the same crime twice and the 6th amendment says that if you dont have a lawyer you are givin one no matter what
- 7th amendment Guarantees a jury trial in federal civil court cases. This type of case is normally no longer heard in federal court. 8th amendment says that all punishments will be fair.
- 9th amendment says that other rights aside from those listed may exist, and just because they are not listed doesn't mean they can be violated. The 10th amendment is that any power that dose not belong to the gov belongs to the states.
