- Oh, dad will drive us to school!
- Yes and we don't need to pedal today. I'm so happy!
- It's really winter now!
- Is that Sean? His bicycle's tyre is flat!
- Oh! That is why it's hard for me to pedal! I used this yesterday noon and forgot to check it this morning!
- It's Monday, and Shawn and Alice's father has decided to drive them to school because he has a meeting nearby.
- Hey, Sean! I think your tyre is flat.
- Stop right there and we'll fix it.
- Shawn and Alice were surprised and excited to clearly see snow when they left their house because it was already winter last night. However, their father is not pleased because of the effects it will have on road conditions.
- You're welcome, Sean! See you in school!

- The two were enjoying the view out the car window when Shawn noticed his friend struggling to ride his bike, and he noticed that the tyre was flat.
- He asked his father to stop so that they could help Sean. Sean appeared to be unaware that his tyre was flat.
- Fortunately, their father has an inflator, so Sean can still ride his bike to school that day.
- It is a lesson to check our tyres or the overall condition of our vehicle before we go, especially in the winter when the coldness of the weather can eventually cause our tyres to flatten and cause us to be involved in accidents.
