  • THE DIGESTION OF FOOD
  • After you eat in the food the food go into your mouth the teeth split your food into small pieces and mix with saliva-produced by slavary gland. It helps to digest food make it more easily to swallow and abosorb.
  • Large intestine
  • After swallow the food in, the food go to the oesophagus the contraction of muscle in the gullet can make the food narrow down and push towards the stomach.
  • in the gut the enzymes break down large part of food into smaller pieces, the Carbohydrase break down carbohydrates into sugar just like a scissors cutting down paper. The oil and the fats are cutting down by the Lipase,the fatty acid still stay in the gut.The protease used to break down the proteins in the food you eat.
  • The food was trasferred into the stomach, at here the food is churned up with bile and digestive juice.
  • Glucose flow randomly in the small intestine.The water molecules travel randomly.

  • Here, extra digestive juices are added, and the liver also contains something that helps in fat digestion. Also, this is where tiny, digested molecules are absorbed.(such as vitamins fibres and sugar)
