- This kid is Arty he’s in school and he LOVES space. In science class he’s working on a project and he wants to make something special. So he decides to make a device called CICM it’s supposed to communicate with Aliens. But Arty just got news that his Dad lost his job and they have to movie soon.
- The whole night Arty is scared but he meets the guy which is also known as Cash and realizes he’s not a bad guy not like Arty thought. He even offered to make a sandwich and help him with his Science project
- Arty realizes that there is a new neighbor next door . The house looks very ominous and creepy. All Arty knows about the neighbor is that he carries a bag into the woods every night.
- Arty ends up really liking Cash and goes over every day untill one day he saw a woman in the house. The woman claimed to be his sister and informed Arty that Cash is in the hospital suffering Cancer

- Arty’s baby sitter had a sudden emergency baby incident so Arty is now stuck at his Neighbors house for a day and begging his sister to let him come with her but she declines.

- Arty rushed to the Hospital to see Cash. They got into an argument and Cash told Arty that he will never become an astronaut and to stop trying. Arty then destroyed his whole science project. But after Cash died he was motivated to remake his project.
