- This was an eye opener for me and it tought me so much about our rights and responsibilities as employees.Calling a meeting will be the best move.
- I did'nt expect that being a Shop steward comes with so much responsibility, but i learn alot from todays training.
- In the meeting.
- Oh great!I knew that electing you as our representative wont be a dissapointment.
- Greeting colleagues, i believe you all know that yesterday i attended my first traing as ashop steward and i learnt alot on it, but on this meeting i would like you to state all your concerns and requests so that i can go represent you to the management.
- Ms. Abrahams for president!!
- Sick leaves and overtime shifts must be paid as other companies do.
- We want well established employee wellness programme.
- Meeting continues......
- We really have the impression that the management does not really take our requests in to consideration. We want 15% increase on our salaries.
- We demand healthy and safety working environment!
- In this scene, Ms. Abrahams is now realizing that being a shop steward requires a lot of responsibility but she is up for it.

- Thank you very much colleagues. I promise to present you well to the management.

- A shop steward is having a meeting with the employees and she's trying to find out about their concerns and requests so that she can meet the management.

- I'm so glad that we chose Ms. Abraham to repreent us, she seems to be responible. I just hope everything goes smooth from now on.
- In this scene, the employees are addressing the issues and requests to their representative.

- Good afternoon Sir. Thank you for your time. I've brought forward the employees complaints as we had couple of meetings where they expressed their concerns and with hopes we will agree to a positive decision.
- At the conclusion of their meeting, Ms. Abraham promises to forward the complaints of the employees of the workers to the management.

- That's all for today then. When these ones are fixed, then we will move to the next step.
- We trust and believe that you will come back with a positive response.
- While having lunch Ms. Jonas seems to be grateful for Ms. Abraham's leadership skills and how their working environment will change now that they have a shop steward.
