- One morning at the Star Hotel, on the reception desk, the telephone rang. It was answered by Ms. Sanchez.
- Good Morning, this is the Reception desk, Anji Speaking. What can I do for you, ma'am sir?
- Hi! this is Mrs. Valderama, I would like to request a laundry service.
- Alright, ma'am. May I know your room number first, and I will have our staff to pick up the laundry.
- Our housekeeping staff, Steve, will be there shortly to collect the laundry.
- sure. it's room 203.
- Since it is only 9:27 a.m., your laundry will be returned this day too, ma'am.
- However, I am not sure about what time it could possibly be returned, ma'am.
- and oh,Ms. Anji, may I know when will my laundry be possibly returned?
- oh, alright! no problem.
- Before I end the call, is there anything else I could help you, ma'am? Any more concerns, inquiries?
