- Hey girl! Its been a while, I just wanted to tell you that i'm currently in the process of renting a house!
- No way! Me too! lets go together!
- Well some of the pros of renting a house is that the term is not a long commitment and you don't have to pay for the maintenance all by yourself for the house. Some cons are that there are no tax incentives. Your landlord can increase the rent at ay time. Now THAT sucks
- Well, did you know that there are 6 steps into renting a house? They are; Finding a rental property, Submitting a rental application, sign a rental agreement, move onto the property, and maintaining the property.
- Oh wow! Tell me some of the pros and cons.
- Great! Now lets go to my house! I want to show you.
- OMG! Your house is so nice!!
- Some of the pros is that buying a house can help increase your credit score. A few cons is that you have to pay for all the maintenance yourself and on top of that, you have to pay property taxes on your own aswell.
- Let me tell you the 7 steps onto buying a house! They are, setting you expectations, applying for mortgage, finding a real estate agent, making an offer, inspect the property, close on the property, and maintaining the property.
