- Samantha gets up and goes to school. She struggles to pick an outfit she wants to wear. She realizes that she needs a sweater but doesn't have one in her wardrobe
- Samantha gets to school and goes to her first class of the day. She is still thinking about the sweater she needs. She is distracted in class and is doing other things on her laptop.
- Order on it's way!
- Samantha checks her email and comes across a promotional email from Mirror. The email shows a fall promotion for sweaters. It also says shipping is free and returns are easy. She decides to click on the link.
- Samantha explores a variety of different sweater styles. She uses filters to help make a decision more quickly. She clicks through different images of each item to get a better idea of what she is buying and decides on a sweater. The whole process takes less than 10 minutes.
- Once Samantha had decided on a sweater she purchases it and is greeted with a message stating that the order was on its way and would arrive in 2 days.
- The order arrives on Samantha's doorstep in 2 days as expected. Samantha goes ahead and tries it on. She is satisfied with her purchase. Success!
