- Have a seat.-----------------------------------Mrs. Chu your son Jun Chu is a well-behaved student. In regards to his grades in English, he is consistently improving. His first quarter grade was 80, in 2nd quarter increased to 84 and in the 3rd quarter it increased more to 89.
- Ok, thank you Ms. Lim.-----------------------------Oh, really Ms. Lim. I'm so happy to hear that. Thanks that he is doing a good job.
- I just have a small concern, he was able to pass 2 output out of 5 outputs in 4th quarter. Sorry to tell you that this will affect his grades if he can't comply. So please make sure to let him pass his 3-5 written output and essay to complete his requirements for the 4th quarter.------------------------------Ok, that's good Mrs. Chu.
- Oh my, that's so sad. Noted on that Ms. Lim. I will remind him about that. I will make sure he will do the output to complete the lacking.
- Don't worry because I will continue to give update to students regarding their schoolwork in English. I will provide additional help aside from the task being provided and I'll make sure that parent is fully aware of the student's status so that you can update him at home.

- That's good Mrs. Chu. You are attentive with your son's studies. Just continue that. So he will be more inspired and interested to study hard.
- Ok, Ms. Lim. I really want the best for my son. I will always ask him if he has classwork, always remind him he has something else need to do or other homework. I will implement a study-time for him at home.
