Storyboard Text

  • Germany finally signed the treaty of Versailles on June 28, 1919. Which made the document finalized and in action!
  • Ok, I have no choice I will sign the Treaty..
  • YAY!!!
  •  Both of Germany’s Allies were down and Germany was slowly crumbling from within.  All of their people were starving and so were their soldiers.
  • I don't have to sign this...We could keep fighting but that would lead to so many dead soldiers...this is the better choice.
  • The Treaty said that Germany had to pay reparations, The League of Nations was created but Germany wasn’t allowed to join till later on, They took away Germany’s colonies and reduced its’ armed forces to the minimum and more.
  • Treaty of Versailles
  • Instead of making sure we would have long-term peace they wanted to punish the Germans for the way the acted in WWI but the Germans felt as if the punishment was too harsh so their uprise would end up leading to the outbreak of WWII!
  • This Treaty is unfair because no one else is getting as harsh of a punishment!
  • This is finally bringing the war to an end!!!
