- Despite these number women have a very poor showing in executive positions. Female representation in executive positions is only 14%
- I don't know, why'd you think so?Based on a workforce of 1.8 million there are over 58,000 more females than males in our industry!
- Gender stereotypes appear to be well established in the minds of female managers and employees who are about to enter the workforce besides male managers like you who let thesestereotypes pertain and support them. Women could be uncomfortable with male senior managers due to men appearing to be hostile to them. In addition, women rely more heavily on the firm’s formal promotion processes as opposed to men who manage to use the informal network to career progression
- I am sorry, didn't know that unknowingly we put when through so much oppression. I would definitely raise this topic in our monthly meeting and make gender inclusivity our mission from now onwards.
- Many studies have pointed to the benefits of hiring a more diverse workforce, a greater female leadership led management is associated with better financial performance. Women also demonstrate quality of super-leadership,the methods used by female senior managers in regard to staff management, such as ‘good communication, flexibility and adaptability, and teamwork
- Since women already are pre-occupied with so much home-work they would definitely be chaotic managers. HAHAHA!!!
- Anyways statistics depict that there is a rise in recruitment of female executives in our industry,
