- Intro Characters Ichabod, Brom Bones, KatrinaSetting a haunted villageIchabod has a peaceful life as a school master
- Rising Action Ichabod is staying at Baltus van Tassel's house in exchange for teaching his kids. He sees all kinds of stuff that Katrina Van Tassel will inherit, and wants to marry her so he can be rich.
- WOW!
- Rising Action Ichabod comes to a party at Baltus Van Tassel's house and dances with Katrina. After the party he tells some scary stories with friends. Then he wanted to have a private chat with Katrina, but she rejected him suddenly.
- Climax Ichabod is scared after all those stories, so he whacks his horse to go faster. The horse runs into the woods is confusion. The Headless Horseman follows them and knocks out Ichabod.
- Falling Action Baltus' horse comes back to him, but he does not see him for hours. He finds his hat and a smashed pumpkin. Later news comes back that Ichabod left for new york in shame.
- Resolution Brom marries Katrina
