- The articles if confederation was severely flawed because it gave the states to much power and make the national government too weak a example is shays rebellion which was a protest on the capital with dangerous intentions and the government could not send help to massachusets

- At the constitutional convention The big states and the small states were arguing about if the states should get representatives based on populations or should they be equally represented.so to resolve this issue they had a compromise on a plan that would have two houses based on the population of a states(The House of Representatives) and a equal one(The Senate) to satisfy both states plans

- The compromise that allowed the states to count 3/5 of their slave population which would give these states boosts in the house of representatives. mostly southern states had this advantage because of the labor needed to do for thing like cotton picking or harvesting crops on plantations

- the sixth amendment gives anybody the right to a speedy public trial. this allows people a proper judging and almost Guarantees no bias from a judge to a family
- The third amendment allowed people to have the right to not be forced to quarter any solidiers in their personal homes. not even at a time of war.
