- We need national unity and strong leadership! The US is a democratic government also.
- They experienced The Great Depression. Our economy is also very weak, the democratic government doesn’t work for us.
- I'm Mussolini, I'll revive the economy and rebuild the arm forces. The middle class and the nobles all support me. Me and the citizens forced the king to yield the government, and I was the prime minister.
- I launched an uprising called March on Rome that overthrew the democratic government. Then I named myself Il Duce the leader.

- Mussolini abolished democracy and outlawed all political parties except the fascist. Created secret police called the Black Shirts. Used propaganda to spread Fascism. He also controlled the economy.
- I also impacted Hitler to create NAZI. The policies formed the German brand of Fascism. Many European countries saw dictatorship as the only way to prevent instability.
