When I was a newborn, I started walking despite of my early age. I lived away from sufferings, like sicknesses and death. One day, I left the palace I lived in. When outside, I saw sick and dead people, which taught me about sufferings.
One day, I saw a monk, which led me to studying monks, going and exploring places, and meeting new people. My travels showed me more sufferings.
I tried to end sufferings and be enlightened by meditating for 40 days. After completing my goal, I meditated for 40 more days to find out how to end other people’s suffering. I did all of this without dying of starvation or thirst.
Samudaya means that there is a cause for suffering. Stress causes suffering. If you procrastinate, then you could be stressed on the due day.
The Eightfold Path is the steps to Enlightenment. One example is Right livelihood, which just means to try to avoid jobs that harm people or nature.If you apply for a job in a factory, it could harm other people with pollution.
