  • The physical features are mostly desert or semi-arid on the south-east and south-east corners. The climate is mostly a tropical climate.

  • The Great Barrier Reef is off the coast of Queensland in northeastern Australia. This reef is 2,300 km's long. It is home to millions of species of sea-animals.

  • People usually wear dressy shorts with wedges or denim cut-offs and flip flops. People in Australia celebrate lots of things oddly like Christmas: They celebrate it on the beach because their Summer is in our Winter.
  • Aboriginal People
  • There are about 500 different Aboriginal people in Australia. They each have there own language and territory which is usually made of a large number of clans. People believe that Aboriginal people first came came to the Australian continent about 45,00 years ago.
