Storyboard Description

Elysia is known for being a snob. She does not like talking to anyone unless talking to a friend or someone she likes. Harold, a charming, intelligent, and friendly man, came into the picture. These two talked every day, and one of them assumed they were getting to know each other before entering an official romantic relationship. Do long and meaningful conversations always equate to getting to know each other before entering an official romantic relationship, or can it also mean something else? Let's read Elysia and Harold's story, which can offer us a vital perspective and lesson on why communication is significant.

  • Elysia, I could have ordered juice, soda, or a frappe for you! Why did you decide to have water only?
  • I only drink water! Don't worry, Harold!
  • Joy, Harold and I talk every day! We ate together, and he paid for the food! AAAAAA, I like him so much, and I bet he likes me too!
  • Elysia, this is just friendly advice, okay? Did Harold tell you that he likes you? Uh, it is not good to jump to conclusions since you might be hurt later on. I think it is better if you confess your feelings.
  • Elysia and Harold talk every day. They talk about their childhood, favorites, and things vital in getting to know each other.
  • Oh my, that's Harold and Kim! I cannot be mistaken! Why are they hanging out and acting so clingy?
  • Elysia excitedly tells Joy, her best friend, about Harold. She admits she likes him. She thinks Harold feels the same way too.
  • Why were you acting sweet with Kim? I thought we had something romantic! We even hang out almost every day! Did that mean nothing at all?
  • Joy advises Elysia to confess her feelings and not jump to conclusions because she might be hurt later on. Elysia did not ponder much on her friend's advice.
  • Elysia, calm down. What do you mean? I only treat you as my friend, and I am courting Kim. I told you I like someone from our school, right? I am referring to Kim.
  • I thought you were referring to me...
  • In the mall, Elysia saw Harold hanging out with another girl, Kim, their schoolmate.
  • Elysia is in shock, pain, and rage that she decides to confront Harold. She asked Kim to excuse them, so they could talk privately.
  • Elysia assumed Harold liked her too. She believed the conversations they had and the time spent together meant something special and romantic, but she was mistaken; Harold only sees her as a friend, and he likes another girl, Kim.
