first i have to gather the ingredients1 tbsp olive oilonion - peeled and finely diced2 cloves garlic - peeled and minced1 carrot - peeled and finely diced3 chestnut mushrooms - finely diced1 lb (450g) minced beef½ cup (120ml) red wine3 tbsp tomato puree1 tsp dried oregano½ tsp dried thyme1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 beef stock cube - crumbled28 oz (2 x 400g) canned chopped tomatoes½ tbsp light brown sugar½ tsp salt½ tsp black pepper10 ½ oz (300g) dried spaghetti or fresh pasta
first i add olive oil to oil up the pan make sure you mix it all around the pan so everything is covered by then i add the onions and cook for 5-6 mins regulaly string and mixing do this until the onion softens and browns
now i add the carrots and mushrooms and cook for an extra minute regualary stiring and mixing all the food after a minute put in the beef minced and cook for about 3 mins then I add the wine and let it bubble until it boils
now i add the bolognase/ salt / pepper / wichester sauce/ oregano/ tyhme/ tinned tomatoes beef stok cube/ brown sugar all at the same time and stir it make sure to break up the beef stock cube after everything is mexed ket it simmer for about 30 minutes
now while the sauce is simmering i time it so they finish about the same time i start boil the pasta and add my nonna italienne homemade pasta stirring it
now we dish it out and enjoy
