- In the beginning, Ronald Adams is saying goodbye to his mom before he starts his road trip. She is very worried for him, but Ronald says he will be fine.
- Climax
- While Ronald is driving over the Brooklyn Bridge, he sees a hitchhiker. He probably would have forgotten about him if he hadn't seen multiple types later.
- Falling Action
- Ronald decides that he doesn't want to be alone anymore ,so he picks up a girl. After this, he sees the hitchhiker again. He tries to run him over, but hits the gate instead. This scares the girl so much that she runs away.
- Resolution
- Who am I?
- Ronald tries calling his mother, but when he does, somebody named Mrs. Whitney answers instead. She tells him that his mother had a nervous breakdown because of the death of her oldest son, Ronald.
- After being told this, Ronald was in disbelief. The phone cuts off before he could ask anything else.
- Death of her oldest son, Ronald...? Hey-what is this? What number is this?
- He is now in his car think about who the hitchhiker and himself is. He is trying not to go crazy.
