- Nothing much just been at my grandmas house all summer.
- So tell me what you been up to.

- Well, recently i started attending municipal council meetings and it has opened my eyes to a whole new perspective of everything. What about you man?
- That's nice dude. Wanna meet at the park tomorrow?
- Man that municipal government stuff he was talking about is stuck in my head I should ask him about it.
- The next day
- So tell me more about this municipal government stuff.
- That's crazy I never thought about who controlled those services.
- Yeah for sure think about it like this, most of the services are done by them. Some examples of municipal services include water and sewer, parks, garbage and recycling collection and many more.
- Yeah but there's more i need to tell you I think we should sit down because it might be a while
- I still don't understand why it is important like what would happen if there wasn't a municipal government.
- If there wasn't a municipal government you would wake up to no running water, no roads, no schools and many more of your daily essentials would have vanished. I forgot to mention that all emergency services are provided by the municipality.
- Anton until you told me this i never understood the role of the municipal government. Thank you for making m realize me on how important they are.
- No problem man it was my pleasure. Just know that the park we are in, the school we go to, the roads we use and so many other daily services were provided by them.
