  • Thankyou so so much you really helped me and made me feel way more comfortable. Im defininetly going to do all the stratergies you stated and even talk to my parents about the way I feel. I was just thinking if I should go straight to a GP or a psychiatrist. However after hearing these very simple strategies Im going to give them a go.
  • Well I just wanted to let you know you made the right decision talking to someone about this. I also wanted to let you know everything is going to be alright and its completely normal to feel this way in this situation. Many men find it really hard to talk to someone when feeling a bit down. I think you just have a mild case of Anxiety and its really normal, there are several ways of overcoming it. Studies show that Some stratergies including Getting quality sleep, Relaxation techniques, Eating well, Slow breathing and Alcohol and drug avoidance can really help. Talking to your parents about it can also help them realise that what they are doing is really impacting your welbeing and metal health. If these techniques/strategies are implemented in your day to day life you can avoid going straight to a GP.
