- This is before the reaping when they when gale was talking about how sick the hunger games was and, how it was just a game show for the people at the captial. Gale talks about how you know we could run away. But Katniss reminds him that there familes are here.

- This is the day of the Reaping. They were heading to the line to get there blood drawn, but prim started to have a panic attack, Katniss was telling her that everything was going to be ok and that she will she see her after the ceromony. After the talk with Katniss she headed back in line

- The start of the annual reaping cermony. Where a person from the capital comes and picks names from every district and pick a male and a female to particapte in the annual... HUNGER GAMES . Where Effie Trinket is currently giving the speech she gives every year. While she says her saying " May the odds be ever in your favor.
- Peeta Mellack
- Effie Trinket calls for the first name, " Primrose " she says. Primerose is shocked along with Katniss. She didn't want Prim to go play in the hunger games so out of the goodness of her heart and the love of her sister katniss tryed to stop her from walking up the stairs but they stopped her . So katniss voulentered as tribute so Prim didn't have to go.
- This was the first time this has ever happened in ditrict twelve a voulenteer. As katniss was walking uo everyone was showing there respect with a salute. Effice was thrilled to have her first voulenteer then they went off to the hunger games.
- This is when Effie Trinket chooses the male contestnat for the HUNGER GAMES. She drawed Peeta mellack. He had a staright look on her face. He couldn't believe it but he walked up to the stage hiding the fear in his face. Then off Peeta and Katniss went to represent district12 in the annual HUNGER GAMES
