The ingredients that we'll need is 1/4 cup unflavored gelatin, 1 cup water, 1tbsp Nescafe classic, 3 tbsp brown sugar, 1 pack Nestlé all purpose cream 125ml and 1/3 cup Nestlé carnation condensada.
The first step in making a coffee jelly is we will add gelatin to 1/4 cup of water to bloom. After that we'll Set it aside.
Step 2 is we'll simmer 3/4 cup of water with coffee and sugar, then we'll stir in gelatin mixture, after that let's gently simmer until dissolved. After that we'll pour into a container. We'll set it aside to cool and lastly, cut into cube
And the final step is combine Nestle all purpose cream and nestle carnation condensada and then place the gelatin at the bottom of a serving glassess. Lastly, add pour cream mixture and shaved ice. After that it is ready to serve. It's that easy, let's taste it shall we?
