- Back in the day, when my ancestors were around a great method to make a living was fur trading. WHat most of us dont kow is that fur trading is the reason us Canadians have the department store Hudsons bay to this day and how it got so popular.
- On may 2nd 1670 a big boat of people from Hudsons bay left for England to persue fur trading to make a living and help out the community and their familys.All thogh havig t leave their lved ones te crew understood it was for the well being of their famiys and of the community.

- It was a great succes the crew returns home with plenty of goody to help the commuity, gold and even food. It was such a great sucess they return ounce a month andsupplu the city of england with beautiful fur and the people of hudsons bay get all sorts of great treasures. This cycle goes on for 200 years and the first sore opens.

- On this date marks the day they opened up their first store. They decided to name it Hudson's Bay
- It went amaizing, so any costomers and so much sold and quick. It was a big hit, people all over the country came to visit the store. Years later they opened several others all over Canada and those were a great suces also.
- After several more stores opening they eventually expanded the things they sold. Over time its evolved in to the stores we know to this day. Thanks to our ancestors of the hudsons bay it has become what it is today.
