I disagree with what you said because for me, they cut me off when I was turning so was technically my fault, and she might have been going too fast, we must check cameras..
Well, for me, someone one's cut in front of me when I was going the speed limit, so I believe she is not guilty because she was going the speed limit.

Without the 10th amendment, The government would get too powerful. Apart from this, since the powers wouldn't be granted for the states, the government would have too much athrortiy over too many things, apart from this, they would get to choose elections which states have the right to.
