- Our Goal is to expand into three new states by next year. I need you to create a plan to make this happen.
- I will let middle management know.
- Top level management is responsible for setting the long-term goals and visions. They make high level decisions for the future of the company. Executives focus on strategic planning, such as expansion and profit. Executives communicate key objectives to middle managers so these goals can be made true. They ensure the company's vision and mission are communicated and pursued.

- To make our goal happen, we need to increase hiring in our stores.
- I'll make sure to let my employees know. we will make it known we are hiring for more employees.
- Middle management acts as a bridge between executives and first line managers. They are responsible for coordinating departments or helping achieve the specific goals. Middle managers oversee budgets, staffing, and performance. They monitor progress and then report back to the executives.

- To support the expansion, we need to start hiring more team members this week. I've posted applications at the front desk, and I need you to help review resumes and conduct interviews.
- First-line management directly supervise the employees. They are responsible for making sure the employees do their everyday tasks. They provide training and feedback to the employees. First-line management motivate staff, monitor attendance, and handle day to day operational issues. They ensure that the company's objectives are achieved on the ground level.
