Did you know? The water cycle is a series of changes that start at any point, and can repeat continuously, with processes called evaporation, condensation, and precipitation!

Hi! I'm Flo! It looks like we are about to condense and precipitate!
That sounds like fun!
Looks like this stage is evaporation! It'll be easy, I'm water, what else is there to know?
During condensation... Cold temperature causes water vapor to condense from a gas to liquid, then, when it gets too heavy for gravity to hold, it precipitates.
What Nina doesn't know is... Evaporation is a process of a liquid being heated by the sun's energy turning into a gas, called water vapor! The gas then moves up to the clouds, where the next step begins.

Since they became too heavy as water droplets, they began to precipitate as rain back to earth, where they landed in the sea. Now they will wait to evaporate again. There are 4 forms of precipitation, rain, sleet, hail, and snow!
It's pretty cool Flo!
Woah! I've never precipitated as rain before! it has usually just been sleet, hail or snow.
Ugh, I hate evaporation! Last time I was evaporated, I felt all moist and vapory after
This time, Nina will be evaporated with Flo, and this time she knows what will happen! They will then be condensed and precipitated again!

Woah! I can go through the water cycle!
