- I can't believe this !
- during carnival there is a man named Montresor who is plotting to get his revenge on a man named fortunato because he made fun of his name.
- Montresor later finds fortunato dressed in a jester costume. Montresor then tells his that he has an entire cask of Amontillado.
- when fortunato heard this he wanted to have some amontillado so he suggested that they go to Montresor's vaults.
- As they went further into the catacombs fortunato began to wonder when they would get to the amontillado but this is what Montresor wanted he's just waiting to get his revenge on fortunato.
- As they reach the final room Montresor tells Fortunato that the Amantilladois in the hole in the wall. As fortunato starts to feel the wall around him Montresor chains up Fortunato's arms to the wall.
- When Montresor is done with his revenge he leaves fortunato to rot in the hole in the wall by covering it up. Once he was finished he left the catacombs and left Fortunato there. Fortunato was not found for 50 years. (there is a skeleton behind the wall)
