- CRIMINAL?!?! Isn't that like- murder?
- OK well yes, this guy did murder someone, his boss I think, but there's examples of less serious crimes too
- ...is a case in which the defendant has been accused of a crime, which yes can be murder but it doesn't have to mean that. Criminal cases are divided into misdemeanors and felonies, misdemeanors for less serious crimes, like jaywalking, and felonies for the serious ones like murder.

- I know. This kid thought his youth would void him of punishment.

- Oh shoot wrong- you know what never mind. Juvenile case. In this case a child under eighteen has committed a crime. Juvenile cases are similar to criminal cases, but get handled differently because of the fact that they are minors.
- You don't want to know.
- I'm a minor.
- That's ridiculous. I want one of those cases that has to do with the constitution! Constitutional case, was it? In front of the supreme court now!
- He was a stupid child anyway.
- What? But I just gave my opinion. That violates my 1st amendment rights
