Storyboard Text
- George confesses to Slim. He tells him what happened in Weed and how he used to play mean jokes on Lennie.
- Lennie comes in the bunk house when George and Slim were speaking. He is hunched over and immediately goes to his bed and rolls over. George knows he's hiding his dog, and tells him to put it back or it will die.
- Curley comes storming in the room looking for his wife. Nobodies seen her so he asks where Slim is. He storms out to the barn looking for Slim
- Carlson comes and smells Candy's dog. He says that he can shoot it and Slim can give him one of his pups. Candy refuses but eventually gives in. Carlson takes him outside and shoots him.
- When everybodyleaves, George andLennie talk about their future farm house. Candy overhears them. He offers to pay for part of it in exchange for him living their and helping out.
- Curley comes in arguing with Slim about his wife. Lennie was still smiling and giggling from the thought of the farm, but Curley thinks he's laughing at him. Curley steps up to Lennie and punches him. George tells Lennie to fight back, so he grabs Curley's hands and crushes them.
