Certainly. In my previous position at Harvest Hotel, we had a guest who was dissatisfied with their room due to a maintenance issue. The guest was understandably upset. I took the initiative to listen to their concerns empathetically, offered them a temporary solution, and ensured that the maintenance team addressed the issue promptly. I stayed in communication with the guest to ensure they felt heard and valued. Finally, they were left satisfied and even left us a positive review praising our responsiveness.
