- Today Alaska had one of the most horrible earthquakes. Earthquakes can make large structures fall if it is strong enough.
- The forces of movement causes earthquakes. Plate movement causes stress in earth's crust.It adds energy to the rock and forms faults. Finally, stress increases along a fault until the rock breaks.
