- Later that day, there was an robbery at the Chongs when Silvey was babysitting.
- There was an robbery where Silvey was babysitting. Luckily, the burglar didn’t see Silvey or the kids but he stole some money from the Chongs. Later that week Silvey went to the police station to find the burglar and luckily they did. Silvey was still a bit scared from that day. Like usual Sunny came to the shop, he said that his dad was sick so Ma made them some food. The next day we went fishing with Sunny and then an accident happened, the hook got into Sunny's hand and luckily Dai Gor helped him. After that they had Chinese school, like usual they had lots of homework.

- The war was coming close and American troops came to help, it was a very secret mission.
- That night Three soldiers came to visit Silvey's house, there names were Tom, Wayne, and Harry. They were army volunteers. From that day on they came to have dinner with us, we had so much fun, they sang and played music. They said they were in a band and that after the war Silvey could join. Silvey said yes. Silvey told Tom that she wants to be a writer and he encouraged her to follow her dreams.

- later that day Sunny came to Silveys house to say thank you for cooking them food and that this was his last day, he was moving out. Before Sunny left Ma said to Silvey to drop him of near the mail. Then Suddenly, Sunny said he will miss Silvey alot and that If he could marry her, she was surprised to hear that but she said "no, i am to young to marry. Then he left the next day she told Judy about her news and Judy started laughing. Silvey was still missing the soldiers and worried that they might get hurt or killed from the war.
