Students, it is very important to wear proper safety gears like goggles, gloves, and lab coats. Your hands are shielded from the heat of the flame by the gloves, and your eyes are shielded from the blinding brightness by the goggles. Your clothes is protected from potential sparks and splashes by the lab coat.
Guys we should always remember to put on safety gears before we do a lab using the burner.
Rule #2Wear proper safety gear
Lastly, the last rule is to never touch the flame. The most often used and potentially the riskiest piece of lab equipment is the Bunsen Burner. Bunsen burners can result in quite bad burns if not used properly. Avoiding touching the flame with bare hands is one technique to stop this from happening. Never touch the flame without a Bunsen burner tube or tongs.
Guys never touch the flame of the burner. The flame can cause serious damage to your skin.
Rule #3Never touch the flame
We should all follow the safety rules to not hurt anyone.
