- Later in the 1900's women were finally accepted and earned most of their rights. Women were able to vote, have the same jobs as men, earn the same profit, chose who they were to marry/divorce, etc. All because of what many women went through and what they did for many women in the world led to women today being able to decide things for themselves and have the same rights as men.
- I was allowed to vote for the first time today and now I finally feel like I have rights.
- I feel that way too. All of this work we did to make women in the world be treated fairly really paid off.
- Two women wanted to make a change of these unfair things that were going on. Susan B. Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton came together and thought of how they could make a difference in the world.
- we need to do something to change this problem.
- yeah, maybe we can hold a conference meeting or something like that because we cannot keep letting people treat us women unfairly.
- Susan B. Anthony, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, and many other women tried very hard in earning their rights. They held many meetings, events, and conferences. One particular convention that they held was the Seneca falls convention and they also wrote the Seneca falls declaration. Many people disagreed with them and tried to fight back but women kept on working to earn their rights.
- Hello everyone, we came to speak to you because we want to see change in the US about women's rights.
- We plan on doing many things to make a difference and wanted to get it out to the world. Please help us make a change.
