- This cave is the bears habitat, all this bears share a common ancestors, but there are different sizes of bears, due to genetic variation, but they all fit in the cave for when it's cold.
- The cave collapsed due to a storm, now the entrance has become smaller, making it harder for the population to fit inside their cave. Things collapse a lot and we know this due to paleontology.
- All of the bears are in their habitat, however, only some of them fit the narrowed entrance to the cave. The bigger bears aren't fit to enter the cave, due to natural selection.
- The bigger bears are outside, barely surviving until their predator came, this made them the prey as they were the easy target for hunters.
- The bears who did fit in the cave, are living great because their phenotype favored them, while the bigger bears population went down as they were unprotected from the hunters.
- Evolution will arrive and the descendant offsprings of the species will be just the smaller bears as they were the ones who adapted easier.
