  • Story of J. Roger Angel
  • Achievement Oriented
  • Position of Power
  • One night, J. Roger Angel was sitting at a fire all alone, gazing at the stars when he realized he could use the path-goal theory of leadership to clarify what his goal is with his studies and to offer incentives for followers of his goal.
  • Formal Power
  • When considering that Angel should begin challenging his team along with himself he decided to advance his knowledge in the field of outer space and extraterrestrial plants etc. The further more he studied, the more obsessed with the topic he became and believed in his theories on Earth-like planets in extensive galaxies.
  • Leadership by Example
  • Once Angel realized his own expertise, he took matters into his own hands. He decided he would run his own operation along with the workers following him in lead. Angel accomplished many more world mysteries while under his own leadership, no one was able to hold him back in his research.
  • THE END/Citations
  • Angel then explained to his team what they were going to build in order to find an extraterrestrial planet that is Earth-like so him and his team could become the legends that saved humanity. Angle accomplished this by using his initial role as the leader since he was most up to date on all research at hand, also no one believed in such an idea but J. Roger Angel.
  • Angel the built an extremely technological telescope that allowed him to see straight through galaxies so he could end up discovering the biggest achievement in humanity, a second Earth-like plant. Angel did so by not dwelling on his issue and seeking to understand what more lies in the universe.
