- The 3 daughters (Vonetta,Fern, and Delphine) catch a plane from Brooklyn to Oakland to see their mother who abandoned them for the first time.
- Mean Lady Ming
- The girls wait at the airport with their stewardess and meet their mother for the first time who seems like a spy.

- The 3 daughters arrive at their mother's house (Cecile) but are extremely famished and go down stairs to tell their mother.
- For The People
- With no choice of how hungry the girls were they gave Cecile the money.Then Cecile told them to get food from Ming's restaurant who is mean and loud.
- After the girls get their food from Ming's restaurant they call their father on the phone booth and go home.
- After eating their food, there was a knock on the door. Cecile told the girls to go upstairs.3 men came inside the house and talked to Cecile while the girls spied on them.Then the 3 men and Cecil came to an agreement.
