- hey i thought about this bill and i wanna make it a law
- alright lets work in a comittee to debate about this on the floor

- hey so we thought about this law and we wanna bring it to the floor
- ok let me here about it and ill se what i can do.

- hmm yes i like this i am going to set up a vote for it
- me and my acquaintance here would like to set a vote for this bill to make animal testing illegal

- either house will discuse about this new bill.

- so here i have a bill from the other house about animal testing i think this would be a good law i am sending this to the president
- after the commitee they will debate it on the floor to vote for the bill

- yes i agree that animal testing is cruel this is now a law
- they must vote if 3/5 of the voters say yes it goes to the other house
- if the other house confirms this bill it goes to the president
- the president decides if this should be a law or not
