This sickness is a nightmare!!!

After that sickness, I have been more cautious and wear my mask always
Today, ill get my vaccine.
After talking to my doctor, and research on the vaccine i have gotten it. Now i plan to warm my grandmother of the awful disease if shes not already aware
I sure have but i dont know much about it, or what to do to protect myself

But one of the best effective ways is to get vaccinated like i did!  What the vaccine does is introduce a mRNA sequence which is coded to prepare the body to fight a certain disease
the mRNA is used to make messanger RNA which are then translated to make proteins which are used to fight the specific disease
Well some of the easiest things you can do is stay home, wash your hands, and wear a mask out and around others.
